What drew you to Oxonian Ventures?
I met Neil Wolff, GP of Oxonian Ventures, in San Francisco and helped organize some of the early, local meetups for Oxford Alumni entrepreneurs and investors. I quickly realized this would be a fantastic way to stay meaningfully engaged with the Oxford Alumni community.
Are there characteristics that you think give Oxonian founders and Oxonian Ventures an edge?
Oxford founders have the triple threat of extraordinary intellect, top-tier education, and a best-in-class professional network.
What is an important takeaway from your time at Oxford?
When it comes to personal formation, context is far more impactful than content. The Internet has all the content you need, but it will never form you like full immersion within the rich culture, history, and energy of Oxford.
Advice for Oxonians considering becoming an LP?
The Oxonian Ventures fund has a collegial feel. Between founders, GPs, and LPs, it functions as a collective team that is helping to unlock the intellectual power and innovative potential of Oxford alumni.
