He currently leads Business Analytics at Twist Bioscience, where he drives analytics initiatives supporting operational and executive decision-making. Prior to Twist, Bryce spent seven years at Tesla, where he worked across Vehicle Service, Logistics, Finance, and Human Resources, most recently serving as Head of People Analytics. Bryce holds an MBA with Distinction from the University of Oxford and a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland.

Kylie Wright is an experienced Global C Suite Executive.. She is a two-time CEO and go-to-market specialist. Having worked for 7 PE firms and 2 VCs, she has extensive experience navigating growth environments. Her expertise is in transformation and ESG, cyber security and capital markets, employee experience and leadership in a disrupted world.

Kylie Wright is originally from Cowra in central-western NSW, Australia. Raised on a farm, Kylie studied economics at UNE in Armidale (and Honours at Melbourne University) before becoming a stockbroker at JBWere. After 10 years in finance, she completed an MBA at the University of Oxford. Most recently Kylie partnered with SME Ventures to enable the acquisition of SPL Security Solutions Pty Ltd, where she is now the Managing Director.

Kylie has a passion for people strategy and in 2016, co-authored (with McGraw-Hill) "The Leadership Mind Switch", which is a book inspired by leading multi-generational teams. She is actively involved in non-profit work focussed on supporting Paralympian pursuits and people in rural Australia.

Sidney Liu is an investment‑management technology leader with an entrepreneurial mindset and deep, domain expertise in asset and investment management. Over the past two decades, Sid has led technology architecture & product strategies in several global financial institutions including BlackRock, JPMorgan, and S&P Global. Currently he heads up Trading & Asset Services architecture and product strategy for CDO, CLO, loan, and private credit businesses in Fidelity Information Services. He also brings founder experience from my time as CTO of a startup focused on investment and credit research and surveillance. Sid completed an Executive MBA with a focus in Finance and Investment in 2018 at Said Business School and was a member of Balliol College. While at Oxford Sid enjoyed rowing and participating in startup activities.

She advanced to Senior Vice President and helped build the firm’s products, teams, and infrastructure from the ground up—driving innovation, scaling operations, and shaping the company’s growth trajectory. The firm successfully exited through acquisition by Fiserv.

Rory Berke is a Principal Program Manager at Anduril Industries. His career has centered on managing complex technical operations within the defense and technology sectors. Prior to joining Anduril, Rory was the VP of Strategic Engagements and Partnerships for a defense startup. In that role, he focused on the development and delivery of counter-Unmanned Aerial System (c-UAS) solutions for the U.S. military, international partners, and domestic government agencies. His commercial technology experience includes serving as an Engineering and Operations Program Manager at Apple and Meta, where he worked on the development of mixed-reality hardware programs including Apple Vision Pro and Meta Ray-Ban Display. Rory’s professional foundation was built during his service in the U.S. Navy, where he held a variety of operational roles globally.

Earlier in her career, she developed big data systems for the Ontario Brain Institute. Her work has centered around the intersection of biology and computer science, and she holds a DPhil in Computational Biophysics from the University of Oxford and an HBSc in Computer Science and Human Biology from the University of Toronto.
