Shiva Amiri

Shiva Amiri was most recently Partner and Chief Data Science Officer at Pivotal Life Sciences, a San Francisco–based venture capital fund, where she built an AI platform for life science investments. She previously led data technology at 23andMe, directed data science at Zymergen, and served as CEO of BioSymetrics, a biomedical machine learning startup. Earlier in her career, she developed big data systems for the Ontario Brain Institute. Her work has centered around the intersection of biology and computer science, and she holds a DPhil in Computational Biophysics from the University of Oxford and an HBSc in Computer Science and Human Biology from the University of Toronto.
Nathan Zibilich

Nathan Zibilich, CFA, is a seasoned financial executive and thought leader in global equity research, venture capital, and healthcare innovation. As Managing Director at Bank of America, he chairs the Americas Equity Research Recommendations Review Committee (RRC) and serves on the Global Research Operating Committee. He holds an MA in Philosophy, Politics & Economics from the University of Oxford and a BA in Philosophy from the University of San Francisco. A CFA charterholder since 2001, Nathan blends analytical depth with strategic vision to drive impact across finance, healthcare, and entrepreneurship.
Lauren Weymouth

Lauren Weymouth is a Senior Director at Ripple, where she leads the University Blockchain Research Initiative (UBRI) that funds financial technology curriculum development, research, technical projects, entrepreneurship, and student activities. Since launch, she has activated more than 60 global university partnerships, driving 1,600+ research projects in blockchain, cryptocurrency, cryptography, and digital assets. She hosts the Webby award-winning podcast All About Blockchain. Previously, Lauren held leadership roles in education, private equity, and at technology startups, pioneering ventures that grew record-setting profits.
